A: Yes, we welcome you to stay and enjoy the day as a spectator. Previously we have received great feedback & encourage all to let us know their comments so we can develop and progress our camps for the future.
A: A one day swim camp costs £95 and includes 2 hours swim coaching, 2 hours land training as well as a presentation and question and answer session. The cost of the camp includes an MFSA swim hat and Marks 'Be the Best You' Booklet.
A: An typical outline of the day is as follows:
Registration - 8.45am
Start - Introduction & Meet the team - 9.00am
2 hours Pool Training - Either 9.30-11.30am OR 12.30-2.30pm
2 hours Land Strength & Conditioning - Either 9.30-11.30am OR 12.30-2.30pm
Lunch break - 11.30am-12.30pm
Mindset, Video presentation, Q&A session - 3.00pm
Photos & autographs - 4.00pm
Close of day - 4.30pm
A: Mark set this academy up to inspire the next generation of young swimmers and is passionate about his attendance during these swim camps. Should this not be possible, 1 or 2 other high profile Olympic/World\Commonwealth swimmers will be in attendance to inspire the swimmers on the day.
A: Our terms and conditions (located on the booking form) detail our cancellation policy:
Refunds can only be given if written cancellation notice is received at least 14 days before the start of the camp (a £10 admin fee will be payable). If notice is less than 14 days, 50% of course fee will be retained. Please note that should the swimmer be taken ill we cannot offer a refund (we may however look to rebook at a later date, depending on each individual case).
A: iDailyWorkOut Ltd operates and manages Mark Fosters Swim Academy. All payments made for the swim camp through Paypal will show as idailyworkout Ltd on your statement.
A: There will be a maximum of 2 groups (approx 30 in each group). As one group is in the pool the other group will be land training and they then swap for the afternoon. These groupings are based on swim times provided on the booking form as well as age and swim club. We cannot guarantee all requests for your child and their friends to be in the same group but do our very best to accommodate your requests.
